MUSIC - Where is it happening?

This map shows where music genres are the most popular in the US. Red being the highest concentration, yellow is mild, and green being the lowest. It was created by musical taste scores using data from the National Endowment of the Arts, the Bureau of Labor Statistics, and the US Bureau of Economic Analysis. Some of these are no surprise based on how the genre began and made huge impact throughout history. Eight genres are explored: Blues, Country, Electronic, Latin, Pop, Punk, Rap, and Rock.
